How to See What a User Sees

You don't learn anything about what you're designing until people start using it, which makes feedback the most important information you can obtain as a designer. But usability testing isn't just a step you take, it's a discipline that should factor in to your design practice from start to finish. In this session, Chris Butler will expose you to a variety of usability techniques and then *with your participation* do a live demonstration of some of them.
